Terms of Service

Effective: April 3, 2026

Welcome to KanbanClaw ("Service"), operated by KanbanClaw ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use KanbanClaw. You authenticate via Google OAuth; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.

3. Your Content

"User Content" means any data, text, files, or other materials you upload or create through the Service (boards, cards, comments, attachments, etc.). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

4. AI Features

KanbanClaw includes an AI assistant that can create, modify, and organize tasks on your behalf. AI-generated suggestions are provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes made by the AI agent. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

KanbanClaw offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by KanbanClaw and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

KanbanClaw integrates with third-party services (Google OAuth, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, OpenAI). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KANBANCLAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination you may request export of your User Content within 30 days. After that period we may delete your data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where possible, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
